"Civic Service Hotline 2833 7676" is the public service hotline of the Civic and Municipal Affairs Bureau (IACM). Its main functions are as follows:
- Response to enquiries regarding the IACM and its affiliated units'operations, administrative procedures and activity information, etc.;
- Receipt of complaints, suggestions and claims, and their follow-ups;
- Appointment services (reminder text messages, emails, telephone calls and fax messages available);
- Enrolment of activities;
- Questionnaires and surveys.

Office Hours:

Monday to Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (no lunch break)
Calls are received by designated personnel during office hours. A telephone message recording system will be in place when lines are busy or during non-office hours.
The IACM pledges to telephone the residents in response to their enquiries using the "telephone message recording" service, transfer their opinions to the relevant departments and inform the concerned person of the follow-up of the cases on the first working day following the date of receipt of the telephone message.
